Yes, believe it or not, this is the same home. All you need is potential and this 1950’s home had ALL of it! You have to be willing to let your imagination run wild and get creative in these spaces. The transformation is always jaw dropping.

Despite all of the windows in this space, it felt dark and gloomy with how chopped up the floor plan was. We removed every wall that we could to maximize every square inch of this kitchen. We added warm textures with natural Hickory flooring and open shelves.

Champagne Brass fixtures and accents added a soft and warm contrast to the space. We specifically chose glass pendants that would compliment and pair well with all of the natural light pouring in from the windows.
